Praline Yams
2 - 40oz cans Sweet potatoes
2/3 cup milk
5 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Topping
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix yams, milk, egg yolks, salt and pepper together until smooth. Place in 9x13 greased baking dish.
Heat brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in microwave. Mix in pecans and spread over yams.
Bake at 350 for ~40 minutes or until toothpick in yams comes out clean.

Cafe Zupas is a good click. My husbands cousin Dustin Schulthies started it up with a friend. Wish I could make those soups as good as they do.
